Every knife is packed carefully and shipped with tracking so you know exactly when it will arrive.
Processing Time
Each knife is hand forged to order or pulled from limited in-stock inventory. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before they ship.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and package size. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Domestic vs. International
We currently ship within the United States. International orders may be subject to customs fees and longer delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number with a direct link to track your package with the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us through the Contact page and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout -- we ship to the address provided, and reshipping due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping cost.
